Directions to GIM Computers

GIM's old location (will have Moving Sale until 8/31/08 to overlap with the new location.) is conveniently located on Northside Drive Between 10th and 14th Street, across from McDonald's, and next to Central Auto Sale used car lot, at the edge of Georgia Tech's campus in the heart of Midtown. We are centrally located to all Atlanta locations, only a few minutes from downtown, and approximately 15 minutes from most points on Atlanta's perimeter.

GIM's new location (Grand Re-Opening on 7/26 & 7/28/08) is only 0.20 mile North from our old location, it is at the corner of Deering Rd. and Northside Drive, one traffic light North from 17th Street, across the street from Sam Flax and Hertz Rental.

Directions from the North

(From I-85)

Take I-85 south to the 17^th St. exit.

After exiting, follow the off-ramp to the 17^th St. and turn right onto 17th street.

Go straight about .5 mile to the Northside Dr. intersection (You will pass the Atlantic Station, and Starbuck Coffee on the right);

Turn left onto Northside Drive to the far right lane, pass the 14th traffic light.

GIM computers' old location is the 4th building on your right from Crystals, and immediately after Central Auto Sales' used car lot. We are in a one story small brick shopping strip mall with a Red " GIM Computer" sign above our double doors, and a yellow banner in front.)

At the next traffic light, turn right onto Deering Road, and we will be the first building on the right.

(From I-75)

Take I-75 south to the Howell Mill and Northside Drive Exit.

Follow the sign to Northside Drive and turn right on to Northside Drive as you try to go to Georgia Dome or Turner Field.

After you take a right turn on Northside Drive go straight one mile, you will see McDonald's on the left and GIM will be on the right ( after Wachovia & Central Auto Sales). There is Plenty of Parking spaces (8) right in front of the building.

Directions from the South

(I-75/85)

Take I-75/85 north to the until it splits. Stay on 1-75 and get off at Northisde Drive Exit;

At the end of the ramp, take a Left onto Northside Drive and go straight about Half a mile to 14th street traffic Light. (Crystals is on the right corner)

We are the 5th building from the intersection of 14th & Northside Drive on your right. We are in a small one story brick strip mall across the street from McDonald's and Burger King, next to a used car lot.

To our new location: follow the above directions until you get to Northside Drive, travel about 500 feet on Northside Drive;
At the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto Deering Rd. We are the first building on the right.

Directions from the East or West

(I-20)

Take I-20 East or West (depending on your direction) to the I-75/85 Connector.

Take I-75 north to the Northside Drive exit.

At the end of the ramp, take a Left onto Northside Drive and go straight about Half a mile to the 14th Street traffic light. (Crystals is on the right corner)
